The knife collection Acuta consists of three knives. Composed of the long Gyuoto, the sturdy Santuko and the handy petty knife the group satisfies all needs of professionals and amateurs. Inspired by japanese craftsmanship, the knives stand out through their charmingly reduced appearance. Special attention was given to the transition from handle to blade. Since this is the part where most skilled chefs hold the tool, the handle is bevelled towards the blade. Beyond that, the rough finish on the ebonite handles allows for a strong grip even in wet environments.
